Find U.S. Ring Size
Things you'll need:
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Pen or Pencil
- Thin strip of paper or string
Instructions
- Wrap the paper or string around your finger where you want the ring to go.
- Mark the spot where the paper/string meets and measure the distance with your ruler.

Notes:
- If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when they tend to be a bit more swollen
- If your knuckle is much bigger than the base of your finger, measure both areas and find a size in between.
- Avoid measuring fingers in cold weather as the cold causes shrinking.
- Cold makes your fingers shrink, so try to measure your fingers in a comfortable temperature
- Measure the size three or four times to be sure the measurements are accurate.
- Fingers can swell from taking steroid-based medication or when pregnant. Thus, adjustments should be made accordingly.
